How to do Baby Windmills


Baby windmills are the fastest version of mills and should only be tried by someone who knows how to do a basic windmill as well as no handed barrel mills.
You should start from a normal windmill kick. This will give you good speed. As your body twists towards the ground pull your legs into the fetal position with the floor landing high on your upper back. You should practice doing back spins like this until you can get at least three rotations.
Your arms should be in a barrel position (like your hugging a barrel) in front of you about head level. As you begin to spin, roll your shoulders in the same direction, and pop with your legs (kick your legs toward your face).
Turn your body using your head as the pivot (just like barrel windmills). Your body should roll over and be in the fetal position with the ground to your back spinning.
If you are not spinning you did not kick your momentum correctly. The spinning action is what allows you to keep your momentum. So make sure to master this before you try moving on.
To connect your baby mills you will need to time your leg pop and your shoulder twist perfectly.
